Kevin Machado — Tenor Saxophonist
Kevin Machado is the tenor saxophonist of Pablo Antonio y La Firma, the tropical Latin band from Washington DC performing since 1999. Based in Washington DC, Kevin is a self-taught multi-instrumentalist with experience in saxophone, trumpet, piano and guitar. He has participated in musical projects including Los Hermanos Flores and brings a deep passion for tropical Latin music to every performance with the band.
Musical Background
Kevin began his musical journey at age 5 but discovered his true passion for instruments at age 12. Self-taught by nature, he developed his technique and versatility through constant practice and dedication. Today he is recognized for his warm tenor saxophone tone and his ability to connect with live audiences.

Kevin joined Pablo Antonio y La Firma in 2024 and has since been an integral part of the band’s sound. What he enjoys most about performing with the band is the harmony of the group — that musical connection between all the musicians on stage that creates a unique experience for every audience.
